There's that Western Union booth again ...
Western Union has been an active and an avid supporter of Ukrainian events for many years.

New York - Thousands of visitors came to East 7th Street in the East Village to take part in the annual St. George Ukrainian Festival this past weekend. The weather cooperated by not raining, although the Saturday heat was intense and Sunday's breezy cold temperatures forced people to bundle up in warm clothing. Last year in comparison was a washout due to rainstorms and strong winds that nearly blew off the tops of the booths.
