Interested in learning Ukrainian? Study at Columbia University!

Today--- Monday September ll at 4:10PM is the second meeting of Elementary Ukrainian/UKRN W 1101, 47047 (and at 6:10PM of Intermediate Ukrainian/UKRN Wl202, 53296) in Hamilton Hall, Room 703.

If you are interested in one of these courses or in individual study of Ukrainian, please come to our class at 4:l0 and learn a few "impressive" expressions in Ukrainian!

Should you have a conflict with attendance, I will try to work out a schedule that will accomodate your needs. I am willing to conduct Supervised Individual Research (UKRN W3998 and G8002) or to work with you individually on the material of elementary/intermediate/advanced levels.

Students with some knowledge of Russian, Polish, Czech or a South Slavic language are especially encouraged to attend. Together, we may be able to work out a special intensive Ukrainian section/or a reading course for this or for the spring semester.

We also plan exciting cultural events, informal dinners in Ukrainian restaurants, trips to the Ukrainian Museum and to other cultural centers, concerts!

Ласкаво просимо! Вітаємо! До скорого побачення!
Laskavo prosymo! Vitaiemo! Do skoroho pobachennia!
