DECREE OF CABINET OF MINISTERS 

ON ORDER FOR USE OF STATE ENTERPRISES, ESTABLISHMENTS AND
ORGANIZATIONS INCOMES 

(amended by the Law of Ukraine
N 68/96 of February 23, 1996)
 
To guarantee investment activities for economic entities and create
appropriate conditions for their technical re-equipment and
assimilation with new technologies Cabinet of Ministers resolves: 
1. To establish that enterprises, establishments and organizations
having paid obligatory payments make deductions from incomes which
remain at their disposal allotted for technical re-equipment of
production process, assimilation with new technologies, conducting
environment protection measures and new construction and for
replenishment of own working assets according to the norms approved
by organs, which functions are to manage state property . 
2. Organs which manage state property shall specify within the
two-weeks period norms for deductions from income remaining at the
disposal of state enterprises, establishments and organizations
after obligatory payments for purposes pointed out in clause 1 of
the present Decree in the amount no smaller than 30 % of total
income. 
3. Norms of deductions from incomes of state enterprises,
establishments and organizations to be directed to replenish their
own working assets shall be till January 1, 1997 no less than 10
per cent of incomes which remain at the disposal of enterprises,
establishments and organizations after making all obligatory
payments. 
4. Till January 1, 1996 state enterprises shall first and foremost
direct 10 per cent of the balance income to replenish their own
working assets. The income thus directed within the fixed amounts
shall be tax-free.
5. In Article 18, Law of Ukraine "On Enterprises in Ukraine
paragraph 2, Item 1 after the words "pursuant to the Statute of the
enterprise" shall be supplemented with the words "and the effective
legislation";
Item 2 after the words "carried out through" shall be supplemented
with the words "set norms".
6. This Decree shall come in force when published.
