Season Greeting . We are pleased to draw your kind attention to the above mentioned tender
all technical specification is enclosed, if you have a good supplier to supply the above mentioned
tender we would be glad to receive his offer for each tender separate and we must buy the tender
documents in his name,so he must transfer the value of the tender documents to us and in order
not to lose time he will prepare the offer according the enclosed specification .

You will prepare your offer for each tender separate and the prices to be FOB and the offer to be in the
customer name and in two envelops as following
Envelop A : Full technical Specification and to be partial delivery with out price
Envelop B: Payment & commercial terms with prices FOB .
Also the customer needs 2%Bidbond otherwise the offer will not be accepted .
Please confirm our commission by separate letter .

Thanking you and looking forward to receive your offer before the due date by Fax or by E-mail
please note that the customer will not accept your offer after the due date .
